Practicing Attorney

I have actively practiced law in Huntington, WV for over 25 years, representing individuals and businesses in the State and Federal trial and appellate courts of West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky as a Member of Duffield, Lovejoy & Boggs, PLLC.

2016-2023

Member, House of Delegates

I served three terms in the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing the people of Cabell and Wayne Counties in the 17th House District.  In crafting the laws of West Virginia, I served on the Committees for the Judiciary, Seniors, Children & Families, Banking & Insurance, Volunteer Fire Departments and Emergency Medical Services and Rules.

    • Only children's theater company in Greater Huntington area that allows all children to participate without charge in an educational, developmental, and nurturing atmosphere to learn self-confidence and public speaking skills in the performing arts through acting, dance, choreography, stage management and production.​

  • Marshall University Children's Speech and Hearing Center -- Scottish Rite Foundation Board of Directors​​

    • ​​​​Fundraising foundation for the support of Marshall University's Speech and Hearing Clinic, which provides diagnostic and clinical speech-language services to children with a wide variety of communication needs.
