I have actively practiced law in Huntington, WV for over 25 years, representing individuals and businesses in the State and Federal trial and appellate courts of West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky as a Member of Duffield, Lovejoy & Boggs, PLLC.

Member, House of Delegates
I served three terms in the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing the people of Cabell and Wayne Counties in the 17th House District. In crafting the laws of West Virginia, I served on the Committees for the Judiciary, Seniors, Children & Families, Banking & Insurance, Volunteer Fire Departments and Emergency Medical Services and Rules.
